“I purchased a half hog from them. It was great. I also had them processes a half a beef cow. Very nicely done, all double freezer wrapped. Very happy with them. Very nice staff too.”
“A Must Stop!! Bucher shop, Lunch spot, fun stop. We were in the area at 11 am on a Thursday...stopped in and had an amazing lunch!!! Not only is this a great meat market but also has a excellent bar menu and full bar! We had the Dilly Chicken sandwich and onion rings. I would give this 5 stars all by itself. This will be a regular stop for me anytime I am close. Brock and Elizabeth are the owners and are true to creating a 'small business with heart'!!! They put everything they have into making this a amazing place. I say Bravo!!!! I understand they also have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, can't wait to try it. Please do yourself a favor and stop on in and you'll know why I left this review.”

“After living all over the country, this is our favorite meat counter. Everything we buy fresh has been of excellent quality and our diet has adjusted to include things we get here. If we have to leave Wisconsin, we'll have to reduce our red meat intake again. Chain grocery store meat and dairy is not as good as what's available here.”
