Sparta Arms is a lovely place to live, the staff are friendly and are responsive when any problems come up. The building is nice and clean, as well as secure. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, I'm thankful to live here!

I like living at Sparta Arms. It is clean and quiet and within walking distance to the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the people that live here are very nice. It is a secure building so I feel safe here. I would recommend Sparta Arms to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
