Scheduling an appointment via the app is a joke. I make an appointment the day before, show up at my scheduled time, and am told I’ll have to wait at least 30 minutes before being seen. Why? What’s the point then? I had my day with various things to do planned out to the hour, don’t have time to wait an extra 30+ minutes. So, because of this we left, and after finding out they’re an “authorized dealer” and not a legit Verizon, we will never return to this store. We’ll go out of our way and drive further to Onalaska. Pretty disappointed, but whatever it is what it is I guess.

Great experiences with the one person staff they seem to have, which is the only knock against the location, it can take a while to get stuff done if there is any sort of a line, otherwise way better treatment and welcoming than my experiences with the Tomah and Onalaska Verizon dealers.

Jami was so attentive & efficient, she was able to upgrade two lines & help with setup on both phones in less than 40 minutes. 10/10 recommend coming to this location instead of other busier ones. Thanks girl!

I wouldn't recommend anyone going there I switched from US Cellular to come over to Verizon however I was lied to I got a phone that is a piece of garbage and I don't see why I have to pay for the phone my photos my videos my contacts were all deleted and plus I had a memory card in one of my other phones and they were supposed to transfer all of this to the new phone which everything got deleted I am not a happy customer at all and I even went back into the store to let them know and I was told that there was nothing that they could do so I decided to try to get ahold of the regional manager or the district manager no one has contacted me back I left a message I think that is piss poor service I was also embarrassed in front of other customers that were in the store at the time that I went back to let them know what was going on so this store in my opinion is garbage and I wouldn't go back and the women that work there have very nasty attitudes you are supposed to treat a customer with respect and a customer should always be right that is the way that I was taught when I work at places in my past the customer is always right and they should never be embarrassed in front of other customers and also they should get back in touch with the unhappy customer and trying to make some kind of resolution but this Sparta Wisconsin location did not do that

Great people! Within minutes of walking in, we were treated like family while still being handled in a professional manner. Definitely made the ache of getting a new phone with kids much easier.

Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, but phone call to Verizon's customer service center the previous day was not! I will NEVER use Verizon phone service.
