This company is hard to work with. They came in to do my project that involved tiling. What a mess! They got water everywhere and they messed up on the tiling. When asked to resolve, the owner kept on telling me he had his best worker on the job. I hate to see the job of their worst worker. When I pursued to ask if the issue can be resolved, the owners response made me feel like the issue wasn't their problem. To this day my issue still has not been resolved.I highly, highly DO NOT recommend this company.

R&R Flooring saved the day! My father’s old lift chair stopped lifting and he needed a new one right away as he uses it throughout the day. Not only were we able to test them out and purchase one, Perry (the owner) personally delivered it to their home even though he had a busy day. Thank you Lindsey for your exception customer service as well. I have purchased carpet, tile and a mattress in the past with great service, but this was above and beyond.
