“I am amazed at the poor reviews because my experience is the opposite. I found the bank manager extremely helpful. He made us aware of account options and set up our accounts accordingly. As a result we received sizeable incentive bonuses for joining. The online interface could be a bit better, and it took a number of times to get our codes set up for security, but I put that on the National headquarters. This Spooner branch is very customer oriented. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.”
