We picked up some Mentos here. They were within their sell by date, so no complaints on that front. However, we had initially gone in for the sole purpose of acquiring some cheap water pistols, so we were sorely disappointed to discover that there were none!

Staff is unkempt and aloof. Aisles were impassable for my handicapped mother. My recommendation, drive 5 miles south to Shell Lake to an organized store. Close The Spooner Store Immediately!

The store is filthy and it’s a disaster. Trying to walk through any aisle is a maze. Garbage all over the floor.

Stopped yesterday Saturday 02/10/24 at 10:30 to drop off a FedEx, and of course not open again!!! Sign on door said " we will be closing at 4 today due to staff shortage.... 5 vehicles waiting....

Filthy store. Produce section which was just installed brand new was empty with rotten vegetables and fruit. Gross. I will drive six miles out of my way to next store than shop there. PIGS.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately they don't seem to have enough people working at one given time. I say this because the shelves aren't always stocked and a long wait at register. The isles are cluttered making it hard to navigate.

This has become the worst store I have ever seen. A person can't even walk down the aisles. This is a hazard for the elderly, others with disabilities and everyone for that fact. I know someone who was in there today and the cashier (a male) would not even give them a receipt when asked for it. He told them he did not have time to give a receipt. I will never step foot in that place again and neither will the person I'm talking about. They are running themselves out of business!!!!
