“One of my tires developed a slow leak so I called Wolverine Tire but was told they wouldn’t be able to fix it for 9 (yes, 9!) days. Obviously, that didn’t sit too well given the 100% loyalty and thousands of $’s worth of business I’ve given them over the past 32+ years.In absolute disgust, I began looking around for someone who might better appreciate having a long-term, loyal customer. That’s when I “discovered” Attention To Detail. Given all the wonderful reviews I was able to read, I guess I shouldn’t have been all that surprised when I called, later on that afternoon, and talked with Josh, the owner:“Sure…no problem. Can you have it in around 10 or so tomorrow morning?”Next morning I arrived as scheduled and had one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time meeting both John and Chris, two incredibly dedicated and hard working employees who treated me more as a long-time customer than literal stranger off the road.After a bit of checking, Chris found the problem and fixed things in a way which left me feeling 100% confident that the job was professionally completed. I liked what he did so much, in fact, that I’m seriously thinking about bringing my 4Runner back in the near future so that he can re-mount the vehicle’s remaining 3 tires like I now think they should have been mounted in the first place.Needless to say, Attention To Detail has a new, very happy customer who very much appreciates their “Old School” way of doing business.These guys, in my opinion as a retired business owner, are the real deal. They work hard to deserve your business, truly care about you as a customer and are obviously willing to do whatever it takes to keep to you happy.Highly recommended…I’ll be back!”
