The employee was under great pressure and stress with the Verizon systems not responding and the high number of customers. She was smiling and very personable. I don’t know how she did it. I would have walked out and quit.

Always smells like stale cigarettes most of the staff is unmotivated to work. Customer service is laughable, needs serious work. They keep minimal lights on for the illusion that they are closed from the outside. If and when you walk in it feels like your interrupting nap time. Just a joke, GO TO Chippewa Verizon much much better.

I recently upgraded my phone and added a watch to my plan. Naomi was so kind and helpful and waited for my videos and photos to download for over an hour. She really takes care of her customers and it shows. I would highly recommend the Stanley location.

I would NOT recommend this Verizon. I visited the Stanley branch a few days ago and I did not have a good experience. The lady was very rude and passive aggressive. I think she was projecting her poor self esteem and image onto the customers(she also had a funky smell which I felt was very unprofessional.) You can really tell that they are desperate for workers?

So earlier today I went to the gym to workout and parked on the side of the gym parking lot next to the verizon store. As soon as I got out of the car the lady at the verizon store came out and told me I had to move my car. Then I moved it and went in the gym. The entire time I was there zero customers came to the verizon store and the parking lot sat completely empty. I’m glad the worker felt the need to tell me to move my car. I hope this really made her day better and benefited the store. I understand that it is verizons parking lot but literally nobody is ever there so I don’t see why other people can’t park there. Anyway I think maybe the store should put up signs since they are so worried about there parking spaces. ?
