Star Prairie Veterinary Clinic is a hospital that serves feline and canine patients. Dr. Halfen performs surgeries, routine exams, medical and behavioral work up and treatment plans. The practices offers in house bloodwork, radiology, surgery and dentistry, and cold laser therapy.
Dr. Halfen breeds and raises German Shepherds and trains her dogs in numerous avenues from herding to agility to obedience and conformation. She enjoys reproductive work ups on animals, genetic counseling for breeders, health testing and pre breeding screenings. She also enjoys working with owners of pets having behavioral concerns.
