I found the folks at Associated Bank, Stevens Point to be exceptional in their attentiveness, knowledge and overall concern. I have relocated, and miss them terribly, but we keep in contact. What bank does that? Miss yuze guys.

Don't ever work for this bank's residential testing team on the top floor IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE ENOUGH OR DON'T HAVE BLUE EYES. They will punish you for not being white, for not being one of them. They are more racist than the first white settlement in America. Simply disgusting!

Worked there as a contractor for more than a year. Most hateful and racist team members ever had in my experience of working in the United States for last 16 years. I was part of Residential Testing team on the top floor at 1305 Main Street, Stevens Point.

Banksters! Our entire family stopped using this bank when they lost our money and found it months later. Fees are outrageous and management is non-attentive.

This place where I worked for nearly 3 years, reminds me of the worst kind of discrimination and inequality which I suffered at the hands of my colleagues every day. Racial insults were hurled at me during team meetings. My supervisor who sat on the 6th floor would occasionally join my colleagues in making me feel belittled for no reason. Carefully worded and with a smile, I was often told how I didn't belong to the United States and how I had to leave the country if a certain President came into power. Everything from my religion, culture and color of skin to the visa status I held at the time was made fun of. I never cared to respond to any of their hurls directed at me, and I don't know why I must have responded. Hate begets hate, I know that.

Another company sold our mortgage to this place recently, and everything since has been incredibly irritating. I've never dealt with a more incompetent financial institution. After many phone calls they're incapable of sending email that gets delivered, phoning the correct number, or actually sending physical mail to the right address. Every month we have to phone up and explain that we've tried to sign-up for autopayment many times already. If you have a choice, run away as fast as possible. It's astonishing that these idiots are still in business.

I have heard many things about this bank's unethical loan practices and now I have seen them for myself. Avoid this bank at all cost. Associated Bank services my mortgage loan. This year I wanted to prepay my taxes. I called their loan department to find out if they would suspend my impounds for the year if I prepaid or what I needed to do. I was advised that I would have to continue my impounds but that after the dates the mortgage installments were due they would confirm they were paid and then send me my refund for the overages. They did this after my May installment. After my Oct tax payment date I called Associated Loan services where I was told they no longer will send the overages I will have to wait until next May. That gives them my money for 18 months. This is not what they told me when I made my initial call. They can confirm that my taxes are paid. They can confirm that they have all that money in my escrow account as an overage. They originally told me they would refund after confirmation of tax payment and now they will not release my funds.
