Only reason they get 2 stars is because it's cheaper than Verizon, but the service is spotty at best. Once you get 10 miles from any major interstate service sucks.

First let me tell you everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I was in the process of buying a phone from marketplace and wanted to do it at an AT&T store. The team at this location was AWESOME! Ye the manager deserves an atta boy as they where more then willing to help me. Long story short they saved me from buying a shady phone. If you are looking for a good crew to help you, this is definitely that place.

There is an exceptional person working at the Plover AT&T store and his name is Eugene.I stopped in yesterday to get some help with my cell phone. It was Eugene to the rescue; he was was extremely efficient, polite, and helpful.Employees like Eugene are a company’s “secret weapon”. These days it seems employers undervalue the impact their front-line employees make on the bottom line.I suggest doing your best to attract and keep more people like Eugene..Lani Tierney

Went into pay a bill, wouldn't say they were fast but they were efficient. Bugs me when the other staff are literally sitting with their feet up and on their phones

Until there was an ATT store in this location I exclusively bought and upgraded my phones from Best Buy without an issue for many years. I've now given this location a shot twice and both times screwed up multiple things at once. They've enrolled me in the wrong plan, tied the payment plan for a phone to the wrong line, charged me twice for activation, enrolled in the accident insurance without asking. Luckily some of it I caught before even leaving the store but some of which they refused to correct themselves despite the fact they made the mistake and I had to contact ATT customer service to resolve. I will either be doing my business online or through Best Buy going forward.

I went to this store with a minor phone problem. Was told we don't do anything with diagnostic of your phone. Told to go to Best Buy and have them look at it. I went to Best Buy they couldn't believe it. Went to At&t in WI Rapids. The guy in there looked at the phone to try and solve the problem and was great. The Plover store has terrible customer service. At&t should look into the service of this store. I will not be back. Avoid. They need new employees there.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. I will be reporting them to the BBB for selling me defective equipment and not replacing it with new equipment. Bought a phone, 3 weeks in realized it doesn't function properly. They then attempted to replace it with a refurbished one. I pleed with them to even downgrade me to a different phone, offered to pay the difference on any promotions. Still would not do anything. I have spent over 10 hours in 3 days dealing with this issue, I promise this not an exaggeration on the time. I talked to numerous people at ATT customer service, loyalty, tech support, advanced tech support and reps at other stores. The individual store CAN make the decision to exchange for a downgrade or give me a brand new same phone out of their stock. They are just choosing not to trying to hide behind their 14 days return policy knowing full well they sold me defective equipment. Just absoutely terrible business practice on their part. They just want to screw you every chance they get. DO NOT buy from this store!

Gabe at Plover location did an amazing job!! Very knowledgeable and made our upgrade quick and easy. Great customer service!
