The ATM at this location is down more than it is working. It has been unable to consistently do cash deposits for over a month now, and is frequently unable to dispense cash. I, personally, have reported it a number of times and the drive up teller informs me that she "keeps telling them". Unfortunately there is no way to know this information before driving the 25+ miles from Waupaca, as they have closed that branch. The bank doesn't open until 9am, which is late compared to most banks. All in all, this is not a convenient location to do business at if you have to work during the day!

We visited Chase bank in Tempe AZ. We worked with Kyla Amaya. She went above and beyond. So professional, she was a pleasure to work with, and this is why we choose Chase Bank for our banking needs.

ATM is always out of money and or it is always broken. As a matter of fact I have never been to a Chase Bank ATM that had any money in it I feel like they always keep their machines running with the least amount of money possible.

The employees are always very nice and wonderful to my 3yr old daughter. I've had to change info as well as print/pick up statements, and they have always been prompt and helpful.

I've been using Chase for over 5 yrs now. I like banking with Chase. Usually when I go into a branch I can talk to a personal banker within 15min. I am currently waiting at the Stevens Point Branch and it's been over an hour. The lack of employees is astonishing , and consideration for other peoples time is non-existent. I shouldn't have to take 2hrs of my day just to wait to talk to a personal banker. I can't comment on the actual service because I have yet to receive any. Bad form Chase, bad form.

I use chase bank all the time me saying this means im always checking my account balances on Iphone 5 app, without it i would panic and worry if my moneys in there or not. Overall im very satisfied with chase bank, im proud to be part of the Chase community.
