I will never step in another Kroger store for the rest of my life and my $200+ a week can go elsewhere. This store decided my wife calling in sick due to our three kids getting sick was too much of an "inconvenience" for them and let her go due to this. This isn't a family friendly company. If you are a college kid or someone without kids, maybe working here would work. But I am done with this company.

Ordering online is a nightmare. Third time in a row my produce was rotten and I'm missing items. Never notified me the order was ready. Waited over 30 minutes at the store to get an order that wasn't complete. Booo! Done with this service. Gave 2 stars because the customer service people were very polite. They politely told me to come get the missing items LOL I'm in a wheel chair and cannot drive, or I wouldn't need the service in the first place!
Also, carts cannot leave premises without an alarm after 8 pm (to go to your car) and the grocery bags fall apart. Just a shit show of a store.

Have $30 on account that they claim I don't have & couldn't use, but I double checked, and it's still on my account. I then placed an online order only to, ONCE AGAIN, have them charge my credit card instead of using the account credit!
(Also missed THREE items in an order.)
Never using this service again.

We like the Metro Mart in our area - The one in Park Ridge is much nicer than the one in Plover. Only Whyyyy did you stop carrying The Ice Cream Cake Rolls?!??! I love those and can't find them anywhere...yet I see Deans ice cream cake rolls are available in other towns. Please bring them back!
