I showed a clear reference photo of myself and how I style my hair and expected a simple short haircut, but unfortunately, the technique used left my layers looking uneven and choppy. I'm really disappointed with the result. A basic short haircut should be easy to execute, but this feels rushed and poorly done.

Worst haircut of my entire life, when I say people legitimately laughed at me, I mean it. Blond lady with curly hair three chairs down on the right side would never go back to her. Asked for a little off the top with a fade, fade was choppy as hell and over an inch off top. I will say though the black haired lady in the first spot on the left does an absolutely fantastic job.Service: Haircut

Delaney was amazing! She put movement into my hair and taught me tips on how to keep it looking fresh. I didn't have a specific cut in mind so she used her talents to come up with the best possible style on the fly. We met for the first time today but she knew exactly what I wanted even before I did. Haircut itself was fine but it took about 30 minutes too long to actually get it cut. I had checked in online for an appointment at the top of the hour and got there five minutes early. I waited for 15 minutes and asked when I would be up because people walking in after me were already being helped but was told it was done in walk in order. Why bother having the online system at all then?

When they're not busy and you need a simple cut, they can take care of you within about 15 minutes. Plus they don't cut corners, I've never had an issue with my haircuts here.
