After being a rude customer on the phone(not a shining moment). I was able to get everything taken care of in a very timely manner. I didn't catch the associates name but he was more understanding and helpful than I deserved. Best Cricket store around! Thanks for helping out a crabby chicken.

Kyle is amazing and keeps this location afloat! I have been to other Cricket locations and none have come close to the customer service provided by Kyle. We will keep coming back to this location because of him!
