I was worried about if my package would be lost. I heard bad things about delivery. I'm really happy to say that everything arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The only negative thing I can say is that the cost of shipping is crazy expensive. Wish they could get that brought down.

This is a DROP OFF. They don't package your stuff for you. Just hand your package with the label to a person by a register. 1 star reviews are from people that did not do this.

Make sure everything is already boxed and you have labels . They don’t have any of those things.

They don’t have blank labels you have to pre-print the labels. If you’re going to do that schedule a pick up from your house. Off to Best Buy to buy a printer or drive 23 miles to the nearest full service fed ex. Just silly.

I didn't go there, but my caregiver did. I asked her if there were any problems. She answered, "nope. Walked in there, they took the box and I left. Easy peasy."

Basically useless. They don't have envelopes They don't print labels for you You basically print everything at home find your own envelope come there and give it to them. If you want something shipped don't come here. They are just a mailbox.
