Your delivery guys are your best ambassadors. In twenty years I've never met one who wasn't nice or who wasn't one who took the time to answer a question or who didn't have a pleasant moment to say hello. You send nice people to fill my tank. Be nice to them.

I have been their customer for over 20 years. At Christmas 2024 my propane suddenly ran out. I had been on their autofill plan for years, without problems. Suddenly they said i had been taken off the autofill plan, without explanation. And that their LP tank, on my property,and the regulator needed to be replaced. So, no heat for 48 hours. Their employee Michael was great. He brought a new tank and hooked everything up, 2 days after Christmas, on his day off. The office staff and management were not apologetic nor could they give any explanation as to why this happened in the first place. I called and wrote letters. Upper management also did not seem to care at all that they failed.

Poor customer service. Their equipment failed and treated us like it was our fault. The gauge on their tank hung up and didnt drop out till tank was empty, then told us it would be 7 to 10 day to get it filled, plus additional charges to bleed lines and check their equipment. Mind you this is all going on in January. Will not stay with this company after this.
