Stylist would not let my grandson sit on my lap for his cut - ended up cutting his hair so short, the poor baby looks bald. Was very rude and complained about his thick hair. Very disappointed!!Services: Kids' cuts

Husband and son went in for hair cuts today while I was at work. We Usually have good experience here. Today they were in the chair for less then 15 minutes each. Uneven fades and choppy cuts is what they left with. Some spots are closer to scalp then other spots so it looks like bald spots (think of mange) all over.

Tried to get a quick haircut on a Friday at 4:40pm recently...open till 5pm. Told that they couldn't because 4 people were scheduled ahead of me, but nobody in shop but 2 workers. I was out of town and asked about other places for a cut but worker didn't know of any? I left and 1 minute later lady turned off open sign and locked the door. Received a great cut across the street!

Had to explain what wanted with my hair several times for what is a basic mens cut. I was asked to keep my glasses off for the entire cut so I could not see what was happening. When we were finished I asked the stylist to adjust the cut closer to what I asked for. Again I was told to take my glasses off so I could not see the stylist go well beyond what I wanted. When I saw what had been done I was so upset I couldn’t speak. The sides of my beard were nearly an inch off as well so I had to ask her to fix that as well. Going home to literally shave my head.Service: Haircut

I got my haircut here and the person rushed through it. She was extremely rude and just wanted to rush through cutting my hair. After this I felt so uncomfortable the whole time that I just wanted to pay and leave right away... Not coming back here

Did not listen to what I wanted....rushed threw cut...when stated not what I wanted after she removed apron she told me to sit back down that she could do some more. I was done. No way am I gonna let u rush threw my hair some more. Will not be back. Oh and she banned me cause I did not want to pay for what I was not happy for. Yes she was gonna do more but I felt why let her rush threw my hair more. Also no communication what so ever threw the 10 min cut.

The first thing I want to say is "DON'T GO HERE"!!!! . We usually go to the Great Clips in Wisconsin Rapids and have never had a problem. I told my husband to make sure that he uses his WORDS and just get a TRIM. He went to Rapids first but they are closed on Tuesdays so he went to Point instead. "TINA" seated my husband and he told her that he just wanted a trim, she then said you have a #2, my husband does not know what a #2 is. She took one swipe and hair fell, he was shocked. We have asked for our money back, Tina lied about what happen and the franchise owner offered another hair cut. why would we go back to such a rude place. People DO Not keep the same hairstyle, for them to not ask if things have changed from what's on the little white paper from the last time is wrong! My husband TOLD "TINA" just a TRIM before she read her notes from the last time. Again, do not go here! Steve is a terrible franchise owner for not believe us and calling us liars!! I have had to listen to my angry husband since this happened!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Service: Haircut

Liz kept product pushing to me and when I declined them, she very roughly brushed my hair out when cutting the layers. She said that it was so bad to brush because I had waited past the 6-8 week period between cuts when in reality, it was due to her whipping the hair around and rough combing. I almost walked out during my appointment but for some reason stuck through it to get a finished trim. I cannot believe how I was treated. I will be requesting someone else next time, AJ and the other girls are fantastic . $18 for a haircut? I should have went to a salon for that price, would been treated better, and had a better haircut. I’ll only be returning again to use a coupon and then I don’t think I’ll be coming back.UPDATE Response to contact customer service: I had already emailed them before making this review and they never even contacted me back. Also I didn’t return to use the coupon and won’t ever be returning.
