Came for the 2nd weekend in a row today and looking forward to coming back. My uncle recommended this place and I consistently have a great experience. Everyone is so nice & helpful but Cole is really awesome!

Everybody at this bike shop was very helpful. Cole helped us with the bike selection and I went from fat tire bicycles to recumbent bicycles. He was knowledgeable in both. I would recommend this place time and time again to anyone looking for bicycles or related items. Thank you!!

Saved me when I had a flat tire and was in a pinch. Replaced my tires and had me on the road in 2 hours on a busy Saturday.
Incredibly kind and made me feel so welcome even when it was my first time there and I was coming in unexpectedly.
I will definitely be back soon and will likely get my next bike from them.

I went to Hostel Shoppe to purchase an e-bike for my wife. When she was trying out the Specialized Como 4.0 the sales manager said the bike just went on sale. That swayed our decision to purchase the Como 4.0. Staff is very thorough making sure you have everything you need to get up and riding. One of the suggestions was a bike rack which we should have purchased but I had a cheep off brand I purchased online. This ended badly after the first ride. I attached a picture of what happened to the bike after it fell out of the top part of the rack and dragged on the ground. Took the bike in and they were able to order new parts for me to get it back to it original condition. This was about the same price as the rack they suggested. We did purchase the rack which the service folks were very helpful in explaining how to set it up and load the bikes. Great staff both in sales and service. Thanks again and we are enjoying safely transporting our bikes to new adventures.

First of all when I walked in, both times, I was greeted promptly and enthusiastically, the associate even walked up to help me. I had a tire that needed to be fixed. The service department was busy, but they politely told me it would be a bit. Not a problem, I wasn’t in a hurry. When I came back the service tech was finishing up my tire. He was very friendly and chatted with me as he finished. Being “new” to town (moved back after 45 years) I felt welcomed and will definitely be back to The Hostel Shop for service. Thanks!

They are amazing. Took in my bike for a new tire and tube. They found two other problems, one serious, and fixed yet a third one. Did it while I waited right before closing. GREAT customer service.

Put a new battery in my grandson's riding computer but could not get it to clock his ride, so we went to the Hostel Shoppe for assistance. They set up the device and gave us all the settings so we could set it up next time. They were very courteous and no charges. Next day we went back to purchase a phone holder and they installed it and informed my grandsone on how to use it and instructed him on how to safely use it. Very satisfied with the pleasant service we recieved.
