My preparation was done incorrectly. My husband and I came in to try talk to the tax preparation person. He was not interested in helping us .He put the wrong account number and routing number on our direct deposit for our Federal return .We received our state refund with no issues..so I don't understand why he didn't use the same account number for the Federal return 🤔

Worst office ever. Tax specialist -Julie.
They do not listen to you and do not know how to properly do taxes. Prior tax returns of mine to be finished last July are still in the process of being completed and when you schedule apportionments they don’t respect your time.
If you are looking to waste your time, lose money, and be treated horribly come here.
AI would be of better help than this office.
