It was such a pleasure to work with Nate Olsen of Next Home to sell our Stevens Point home. We began the process and Nate provided data and information to help us set our list price based on comps from the area, along with suggestions of things to do to get the house ready to sell.His photographer did a wonderful job highlighting the home, which is so critical! Nate answered all of our questions with sound pragmatic advice and never made a question seem too trivial. He is incredibly personable and professional, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. I would highly recommend him, if you are selling or buying a home in the area.

To use this company's website they require that they're able to collect data from you your phone your information your IP address and that was just updated this month this is insanity that people would allow these people to collect data on them and also that they're allowed to make telemarketing calls to them screw this company and screw the people who work for them

Next Home Priority... love their ability to give back to the community. Either in raffle baskets and donating the money for a good cause, or being at local events, promoting businesses on their Facebook page..list goes on.
