Blia is by far the most knowledgeable person I talked to concerning the switch to Medicare in Wisconsin. I talked to many other people that gave generic answers or had to ask someone else when I had questions. Most were only interested in talking if I were to give them enough information to sign me up.... Blia was very helpful from the start and wanted to make sure I understood options and requirements without any commitment.
