Point Laundry LLC is a well-maintained and clean laundromat that has impressed many customers in the area. The establishment is described as "the cleanest laundromat" that reviewers have ever visited, with a well-preserved, "old-fashioned" yet modern feel. The laundromat is situated in a well-lit area, across the parking lot from a Metro Market (Kroger's), providing convenience for customers. It offers various amenities, including an ATM, vending machines for snacks and drinks, and a table where customers can have a meal. The laundromat also provides free Wi-Fi, magazines, and books for customers to enjoy while they wait. Customers have praised the reasonable pricing, noting that the industrial-grade machines dry clothes quickly, often in 20-25 minutes, which is faster than other laundromats. The owners are said to be attentive, regularly coming in to clean and maintain the machines. While one customer mentioned that the cleaners sometimes vacuum during the busier hours, the overall consensus is that Point Laundry LLC is an exceptional laundromat that offers a pleasant and efficient experience for its customers.
