  They don't stay open as late as they say! The internet says 11pm and their open hours on the window says 10pm but I went at 9:50 pm and they were closed already 😞 Very disappointing.

  Great place to go normally but if you're going to say you're open until 11 pm you shouldn't be closed and lights off before 9. Thought this would be better under new management.

  This is solely a review for the Shell gas station on 2733 Stanley:
  
  I go to this gas station all the time after work, so it is never opened when I go. So I can't tell you a thing about the inside of the store or the people in it. But I can tell you this:
  
  If you pay at the pump, do not expect the pumps printers to have stocked paper in them for your receipt. (always empty)
  
  (This happens always) Traveling and want a clean front window!? Nope... They just can't seem to Every have fluid in those squeegee containers! Ohh, 1 time last winter there actually was fluid in one of the squeegee holders! However I was saddened to find out that they didn't us a type of non freezing solution, so the squeegee was frozen in place :(
  
  Don't expect any lights on above the pumps, they want it pitch dark so you can't even see where to insert your credit card! For some odd reason they stopped lighting the area, and this location is right across from a bar. So ladies I am sure you would feel real protected with the lack of lighting to see anyone approaching you. (Maybe they going GREEN! :) Pfft..
  
  And Finally, for some odd reason, this location has started storing 5-7 U hauls along the front perimeter of the parking lot. So if your pulling a trailer or boat, don't expect any room for you! Maybe they figure if they don't light up the pumps and lot, we wont see all the weird U haul landscaping they are adding!
  
  So I ask you, Why would you even want to go here?
  I only go here cause with my perks reward card it saves me .05 a gallon, but its to the point it just doesn't pay for the inconvenience. When there is a great Kwik Trip 2 blocks further down.

  The man behind counter first tried to tell me I didn't give him enough money, then when I told him to count it again gave me a dirty look. Then he tried short change me. Made no attempt to say it was an accident. Scumbag pos.

  This place is the worst and shiny not be by a College the worst always closed before the time is listed on google and shouldn’t be allowed and it’s a huge inconvenience when they close way earlier then what’s posted and they don’t have hrs on build sand everyone goes by google

  Witnessed at this location: Rampant acts, and horrible vocalizations of racism enacted onto customers by the "manager" calling himself Gary. Filth....from no one cleaning or following Standard Operating Procedures.OSHA, BBB, IRS, FDA, and Workers Rights Groups in Wisconsin, where the F are you? Does Shell pay you off to ignore catastrophic garbage stores like this?Please...... enjoy the upcoming publicly campaign that will be emerging detailing the abuse employees and customers faced here. Also, the good ole local police seemed to turn a few blind eyes themselves.....or they're just incompetent. Either way. The businesses near by all rock!! Don't let this stain on our community keep you from Stevens Point Liquor/Smoke shop, RocknRoll Cafe, and the Asian restaurant and grocery store.

  New management is terrible. Unfriendly. Prices marked are not honored, even when telling them that the price listed is not what it rang up as. The workers are constantly talking on the phone to someone saying racist things or using a foreign language. My girlfriend felt uncomfortable in this store as well, asking her very personal questions and being creepy. Will never be returning.

  Edit: A new owner took over and the inside is closed to cash customers.Can only pay at the pump. We have to go to another store for gas and things now.Will miss the nice workers that went through Hell at times. USED to be a Great place when they were running it. They will be greatly missed. Dalton posted the truth. Yes he did.

  Station attendant was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The only thing this place has going for it is the cheap gas.

  the owner constantly degrades myself and my fiancé. he constantly yells at my fiancé because he has a disability so counting out money takes him sometime. and after stoping there tonight after our trip to fill up. i do not think we will ever be returning to this gas station. not to mention that the owner himself vaps inside the store and does not clean the store at all nor the bathrooms. it’s constantly disgusting inside that store.
