This has nothing to do with COVID. I've been inStevens point for four years and we've had problems non stop. I swear these things are on a timer to go out 3-4 times a year. The service sucks and wifi is worse. Oh, you want two devices on the wifi? Good luck loading anything. A computer and TV? Lol better luck next time! Gaming system? Forget about it. Spectrum, you blow.

I have dealt twice with Specialized Computer Systems. I have met many technically knowledgeable it people but Joe has them all beat. Very expert in evaluating and solving problems. Prices are fair and Mr. Melton is very personable and understanding. Highest recommendations!

I too need to weigh in here. I was given Jay's name back in a prior profession because I had a major problem and was being quoted $35,000+ to fix (a complete new server). Jay came in and after looking at our network and doing some research was able to get us squared away for about $1,500! I can't say enough about their abilities, especially Jay Schrank. So now I am starting a new business and knew immediately who I was going to deal with regarding our IT needs. Great company that hasn't steered me wrong in a business with many that THINK they know what they are talking about. Specialized Computer Systems is the ones I would recommend!

The folks down at Specialized Computer Systems and Fibernet are undoubtedly the most qualified computer repair/build specialists. If their team of in-house and affiliated computer techs can't fix it... well... it probably can't be fixed! In response to the first unsavory review of this business I can speak with confidence when I say the misguided reviewer is either affiliated with a competitor or simply bonkers! Give SCS a try and you will never look back! Thanks guys!

Don't waste your time if wanting to buy a computer. They are a repair shop who claims to sell computers. Lesson learned! Sprinter Technology a MUCH MUCH BETTER choice. Called and talked to Chris, went in - an hour later had a laptop ordered -- Sprinter Technology DOES sell computers and DOES take the time to find out what you want.
