Fraudulent terrible company. Was paying 65$ for internet that was always down. Rep promised me 40 $ a month for a gig internet and a new line for only 10$ a month for 2 years. Turns out it added an extra 80$ to my monthly bill. Total fraudulent scam and lies.

I've been a customer for over 5 years, I have never been late on a payment. That being said my service was always slow even when I upgraded to 1000mbs. Very rude service technician Jacob. I Will never be a Spectrum customer again.

Went last week to upgrade my phone, other than my old phone not bring eligible for a discount, got a newer phone for a reasonable price. The people who assisted me were great and helped transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Love the new phone by the way!
