Reason of Rate 4 stars souly due to 2 reasons. 1 because they would not let me pay my sister's bill nor talk about the account to me . When, in fact, I had her I.D. , her bill, my I.D. , also a piece of mail addressed to me with the same address as sister.2. Because there is a location, there is no way to call directly to that location/ store. Other than that, the best energy . Every staff member I dealt with was very kind. I am a difficult person sometimes. Wanted to call the store and tell them about sales specialist Gabe Perez. Outstanding person calm, knows what he's talking about and driven. I only met him today, but he made me feel welcomed.

Our Modem went down over the weekend. I was at the Stevens Point store at 10:30 am Monday morning. Gabe was very helpful getting a replacement modem. I was in and out in 10minutes, Thanks for the great service.

A solicitor rang our doorbell 3 times and would not leave until I answered the door. We used to have spectrum but left due to extremely poor service.

The level of incompetence is unmatched. The customer service is absolutely terrible. A young lady sitting in a chair that can’t string a proper sentence together was beyond rude and unprofessional. I disconnected all of my spectrum services.

We don't even have this service and they came cut our tree and left limbs in our yard. Didn't ask, didn't care. Who does that? Come get the limbs you left in our yard. Can't even call the place cause it's an 800 number and they send you all over. Union telephone company would never do this, and they have fiber.

I witnessed a yound mid 20s employee make an elderly woman break down and start crying. Every time she tried to speak he would interrupt her and say the same thing over again "we have a 14 day policy". She couldn't even say anything, couldn't complete a single sentence. This happened about 15 to 20 times before she left crying.Next, he called me up. I said "hey, you made that poor woman leave crying." He informed me that I "needed to mind my own business and be concerned only with what I was here to do". WOW! I told him that this was exactly the kind of interaction that made the lady cry.He immediately said he would not help me, and that I could no longer return my spectrum equipment to the spectrum store and I needed to leave immediately. He grabbed the equipment I was trying to return and proceded to walk it toward the door.I went outside and called the spectrum customer service number to file a complaint. While I was on the phone, the old lady returned, this time with her husband. He went into the store to ask what had happened and immediately came out. I told her I was calling to complain about the service we had received. Her husband said the employee had come out around the counter and had physically intimidated him by standing very close to him and that is why they were now leaving again. I asked the gentleman how old he was, and he said he was 75 years old.What a terrible experience. We can all treat each other with dignity and respect, but instead, two elderly customers were treated without respect and physically intimidated into leaving the store. Myself, denied services because I commented on the shameful behavior.I would highly recommend not doing business at this location.
