They will tell you the service will be great just so they can make their commission! Then take your phones on trade-in and since you have 14 days to return due to horrible service, you have to pay a bunch of fees to return & don't get your phones back! Most definitely this was like living a nightmare over a cellphone company!

The young man who helped me at the store was friendly, professional and solved a problem with my GPS. It wasn't "talking" to me but he took care of it. (I wish I could remember his name ?)

I just want to let everyone know, T-mobile customer care in store isn't like it was with sprint! It is so much better! Such a kind & caring staff, with a fantastic manager ALEX! I had issues with service to my phone after a car accident. It did take couple tripsto store & getting new phone to fix issue. Im sorry due to post accident brain trama I dont remember everyones names who helped us, but Austin & Alex. Everyone was so sweet & patient with me. Thanks for getting me hooked up & working before I ended up back in the hospital so i could stay connected to my loved one's once i woke up & during my recovery in hospital for 10 days. My husband and I came from Merrill today to help my 67 year old mom get a MAJOR upgrade in phones. Austin was awesome and took the time to explain and re-explain things to her as she had questions, and just made it a great experience. We always come here to avoid the Wausau one because the employees here at point truly care about helping you and the experience you have. Definitely recommend them!

I have been to the T-Mobile store the the Stevens Point for a problem that I was having. The problem that I was having is that where I live I would balance into not one cell phone carrier but three cell phone carriers. If I stand in my kitchen I would be in U.S Cellar, then if I was in my front room. I would go in Verizon, then if I want to mu bedroom I would be in T-Mobile Services and the the customer service representative at the T-Mobile store was trying to tell it was my phone case, then he tell me that it was the storm that we had back June or July that cause damage to the cell phone tower. But when I told the sake representative that how can it be my phone case because I had this phone case the day I got my new phone. I am thinking that the sale representative did not had any clue what this was happening to my phone.

I had trouble with reception, i came into the store and a sales person helped me out by calling a number that ended up getting me a cell spot where I can get excellent service. And low and behold after receiving the cell spot my service became better. For once it was nice to come into a store and have someone follow through with what they said they were going to do. Would recommend this place. I want to thank T-Mobile for helping me out.

Love coming here! The employees are always helpful, super fast at helping us and knowledgeable. We drive the extra distance to avoid the Wausau T-Mobile to come here because of how awesome the employees here are.

Never had issues with customer service but the cell service is awful. I don’t have 5g or service in most parts of the Point/Plover area. Most my friends with T-Mobile in this area have sketchy cell service as well. I have tried a signal booster but to no avail. I’m switching to Verizon now.

Went in today to get my SIM card replaced. Masyn went out of his way to help me out. He knew I had a hair appt next door. He took time from his break to come and replace the SIM card. He went above and beyond to help! Thank you Masyn!

Was hoping to get answers about sketchy phone service, all Brett the rep could do, was not listen and talk over me. Whether he was having a bad day or that's just the way he is, he shouldn't be in the customer service industry. I even mentioned maybe purchasing a new phone, he wasn't even willing to help with that. Now thanks to him, I'll be looking for a new carrier.
