Had my first haircut here. I came a little early, but right when it was the appointment time, we got started right away. My stylist Sheng was very nice and thorough with her explanation about my hair type and how to style! I had a great time getting my haircut done there, definitely coming back!

Weird experience there, but the stylist was nice. Wanted color/highlights but stylist said a toner would do the job. Nope. Won’t go back but it’s a nice place with insanely bright lights beaming down on your head as you sit in front of a full length mirror with no counter or table in front of you. Seems odd to me and not as comfortable.
Addition/response: Here’s the weird thing. You mention that the blazing lights help with color evaluation. My hair looked Santa Clause white under those lights, but it is not that white at all. After the toner job, the stylist actually handed me a hand mirror by the front desk so I could see what the color “really” looked like. It was very different than what was in mirror under blindingly bright lights. I ended up going back to my regular stylist who had a cancellation the next day and she gave me the highlights I had hoped to get at 2827.

I will not name the stylist I had out of respect for her, she seems like a nice lady. The only problem I had is I told her that my hair is naturally blonde so it lightens quickly. She disappeared for 30 minutes while the bleach was sitting. She did not tone or properly style my hair. She asked to style my hair curly and I said it never turns out good that way, she still insisted. She proceeded to use a straightener to re-curl some pieces on my half-wet hair. I could hear it sizzling right next to my face and it was not just hair product. She told me I was all done and I paid 150$. I left having frizzy half-wet hair with highlights that were not blended at all. I just expected more with that price for a partial. Overall my hair looks decent and the hair products smelled nice, I just did not feel good leaving the salon like that.

I moved to the state a few months ago and hadn't been able to find a stylist that wouldn't butcher my cut. I was so happy to find shortly after sitting in a chair that I found the place I've been looking for. Fun atmosphere and ladies that you get grow a relationship with, not just get tossed into their chair to get a 20 minute cut and tossed out the door. I was thrilled to find I can get my brows waxed during my haircut by the same person. So all in one stop shop! Love it!

Only giving three stars because the initial haircut was not bad until a couple weeks later I see I am literally missing a chunk of my hair?? it was not super noticeable because it's near the front and I have thick hair anyways but still it is literally cut down pretty much a couple inches away from scalp. During the appointment there was a slight tug and it hurt but I did not think much of it and I did not see this because as I said I have rather thick hair and I rarely every style it I just throw it up in a bun so it was not noticeable until I was styling my hair today and noticed this chunk sticking up?? no point in complaining I wish I caught this earlier and I do understand since it's been a couple weeks now it could easily be portrayed that I could be lying or something but I will not be going back here.

Hannah is my family's favorite stylist. Love the salon and its staff. Great products, great service, great atmosphere. All staff do great work, all clients walk out looking spectacular.

Michelle did such a great job on my wedding hair. I loved it! Spending time with her and her team was enjoyable and they did an excellent job, finishing up on all the bridesmaids/moms earlier than we had anticipated, even!

Will never go anywhere else when it comes to my hair. I have extremely thick wild hair and am very picky about how it gets cut, no matter how dead the ends are. They listen to what I WANT done and always style it afterward, making it look amazing!
