Troy came in at 5 pm on a Friday evening to fix our tire and get us back on the road! It was a rough way to end a vacation but Tee-Roy's was a Godsend! Thanks again!

Im not sure about the company itself as a whole but i was driving along side one of the tow truck drivers and they were drunk swerving all over the road. I'm praying this guy doesn't hurt anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing company! I had a spur of the moment emergency! I gave the guy the vehicle location and description and it's destination! Totally forgot to give him my name even. I was on a mission so to say and he worked with what little he had to go with and got my vehicle where it needed to go! His communication skills are unmatched, he answered when no one else would on a holiday weekend at that! But turns out under normal situations this would have been a legit emergency but turns out mine is completely different and didn't need the service after all but he still did what was needed! Thankyou again!

Today in the middle of a snowstorm that hit the area, we had a tire blowout while traveling.
They not only came and towed the car, had us with a reliable tire replaced in 5 minutes and on the road again, when most other places were closed on a Sunday.
They replaced the tire at no charge and got us on our way.
Great job and service when I know all the tow companies were busy getting vehicles out of ditches and off the side of the roads.

After a long day at the hospital following my mom's surgery, I went to my car to leave and it wouldn't start. It was very cold, snowing, and I was tired. I just wanted to go home. I called my insurance to file a road assistance claim and they called Tee Roy's Repair. I called the number provided and they agreed to call me when they were arriving so I could go back inside and be with my mom. He was already home for the day, so he had to drive 45 min in snow to get to me and it only took 5 minutes to jumpstart my car, but he was so pleasant and he made an anxious, unpleasant situation not so bad. Thank you.

First time using Tee-Roy's towing, AAA call out. I was having a bad day, first my boat quit on the water, then I made it back to shore, loaded the boat, shut the pickup off to strap down and take a lunch break, tried to leave and the pickup wouldn't start. I tried jumping it, tapping the starter, looking at the fuses. Nothing worked, at this point, I knew I was not going to fix the pickup in the boat landing parking lot, so a friend that lives near the boat landing towed my boat back to my house. Now that I know that Tee-Roys can handle towing the boat and my pickup, I'll just have them take both if, and I mean if, my pickup doesn't start again. I am hopeful, but it's mechanical. The pickup is a 2007 F150. Tee-Roy picked up my pickup and delivered it to my house in a timely manner, very professional driver, ensured he was clear prior to backing and took the time to inspect the pickup after it was off the tow truck. Once I was able to do more trouble shooting at home, I found a relay in the fuse panel for the starter went out, so this was challenge one. Then the pickup would crank but not start, fuel issue, this was the inertia fuel shut off switch cut the fuel off, I reset it and the pickup started. I was thinking it was definitely the fuel pump went out. I'm glad Tee Roy was able to get my pickup to a location where it was easy for me to be frustrated about it not starting without a big audience. Thanks again, I appreciate the quality job you did with the tow provided. Wayne
