I had a Curt Echo installed on my Audi by a different company, and when it needed work, I reached out to Truckshop USA for assistance. They promptly scheduled an inspection, and made the repair. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality and cost of the work and would definitely choose their services again.

Worst place ever, customer service after the purchase is terrible. Numerous attempts to fix an issue with them and they turn it on the customer. Decided to pay another company out of pocket instead of under warranty. Run from this place! This is my second cap from them should have learned from my 1st terrible experience. One star is too much. $4700.00 for a cap and still no love. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst Service I have ever had in my life! 1 year ago I reached out to Truck Shop USA for a replacement back window on a Topper that I BOUGHT FROM THEM. At this time I was told the window was backordered 3-4 months. I waited patiently, called again at 6 months, sorry not available - backordered. Finally at 1 year I call and I asked them to please look further into it with LEER. They then tell me that the back window size has changed and is no longer made and the new one is also on indefinite back order. After asking around I called Cap Connection in Waukesha - within 24 hours they contacted Leer directly and had my window on order and deliverable within 3-6 weeks.I wasted an entire year because I relied on the word of this sorry excuse for a Leer Dealer. Go anywhere else but HERE!

Stay away from this place. They are only interested in your money. They tried to add charges to my credit card after I had left the store.

I bought a topper from them and the back latch was crooked after they installed it. I showed it to Jim and they took it back in the shop and said they fixed it. The next time I opened it it was crooked again and now won’t open. I called and again talked to Jim and he said he could look at it in a couple weeks. I was going by that way in the next day or two so I asked if I could just swing by and he said no I need an appointment. I called the Leer dealer in my home town Wisconsin Rapids and they said swing by, they fixed it in 5 minutes and has been good to this day. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Late posting this, but they helped us with various accessories for our new truck. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and generally awesome. First visit they took the time to help us figure out what would fit and work. They then worked with us to set up a day that worked to get the actual work done. The work was great and they even did a little extra that they saw needed done. Great job!

I rented a 10 ft truck to drive 10 miles. I neglected to notice that (obviously) the fuel gauge was not on full. I drove exactly 4 miles. When I got the receipt back I was charged $9.50 for TWO gallons of gas. Obviously this truck does better than 2 miles per gallon. The "excuse" was that it was the minimum that could be charged (1/16 of a tank). Let the renter BEWARE. Obviously the tank was NOT full when I rented the truck, and to bring it to full would have cost me way more than $9.50. But there are business ethics involved here. I do not know for sure that this is Uhaul's policy or Truck Shops. In any case, my bad. I should have noticed. It is obvious that Truck Shop is not topping off tanks on returned trucks.. so the gas charge is pure profit.

This was a scam. It might have been the fault of Uhaul or Truck Shop. I rented a 10 ft truck, and neglected to notice that the fuel gauge was not on full. (OK I was stupid but trusted the business here). I was instructed to bring it back with the needle on FULL. I drove exactly 4 miles, and was charged $9.50 for 2 gallons of gas because 1/16 of a tank is the least that could be charged (according to Uhaul?). I would not have minded paying for a gallon. Let the buyer beware. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE GAS GAUGE because they don't bother to top off the tanks. I hope this review costs them the $9.50.

I had a hitch and wiring installed on my new Jeep. When I picked it up I asked why the hitch was below the bumper instead of behind the hitch cover on the bumper. They told me that they didn't know I had a hitch cover on my jeep and that it was the only one they could get. I believed them until later. Next I got home and looked under the jeep for the wiring since I was ready to hook up a trailer, I was shocked to find it inside of my vehicle, I have to pull the wiring out
