added an additional charge to my uhaul return with no explanation. 4 phone calls to the office and was promised a call back each time. issue is still unresolved.

Absolutely a nightmare dealing with the flake who runs the place. She is a mental case. Long story short, she tried to tack on almost 300 extra miles to our bill. Lucky for us we had proof. But it was unreal trying to straighten it out. Take pictures of odometer before leaving and after move for proof. Also, Uhaul themselves was awful. Gaurenteed a truck to us. Used the word "gaurenteed". And then cancelled the night before our move, saying there were no trucks. Cost us $125 to keep storage space for extra month due to their screw up and Uhaul did nothing to compensate. We had to live in our new House 2 hours away from storage with no stuff for a week, and pay for storage. It was awful. Only used them because there was no other option where we live now to return a truck to.

Booked a trailer and the website confirmed it but never got the information/confirmation. Then the store was permanently closed. Take yourself off the u haul website and Google, please.

It was hard to find the location, it's in a mattress store. The only have was working and it took a while to get helped, but once she was free she was friendly.
