The lady that did my nails was super nice and really tried to take her time but the shape was just not what I was wanting and the one nail she fixed is super thick compared to the others. it’s also only been a day and they are already chipping:((

I called and they were able to get me in within 15 min. I had a wonderful pedicure with a very engaging tech - which is a breath of fresh air, in most places it seems to be more common that employees speak amongst themselves, that was not the case for my visit. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

Loved the folks and great service! It was my friend's birthday, so I splurged for the works and she had a nice time for her first ever pedicure :-)
Cleanliness: Clean interior and supplies disinfected.

Got my nails done asked for purple. Was shuffled between 3 different stations and ended up with white nails with purple at the cuticles and splattered on some. They do not look like 50 dollar nails. Definitely not what I asked fir. My daughter has so many cuts along her nail bed and the French tip is not very straight. I don't think I will be returning. Anytime I have gone to get nails done they confirm everything before they start working.

They did a good job with my nails and my friend nails BUT did a horrible job with my daughter nails she got a fill and while he was using the drill to get off the polish and while shaping the nails he kept cutting her. Also, but even 2 days later the nails was falling off like they were press on nails. And the man had an attitude. Yeah and they charged her $100 for a fill, bad customer service, and then the nails to start falling off 2days later.. needless to say we will NEVER GO BACK..... just recently we tried to give them another chance and almost all the nail polish started peeling off on my thumb nail the next day!!! Wow so much for redeeming themselves ?

I called on my way there and asked if they could do two pedicure walk ins for me and my husband and they said yes. We didn't have to wait when we arrived. My husband has very deep ingrown toenails and the "pro" was there to dig them out. He said she did a good job. I have a very tiny pinky nail and my technician created some for me Prices were good and I'll definitely return. Music was great!

I showed the nail tec a reference photo before she began and then when I stated I wasn’t happy with the length of the white tip she got upset with me. We ended up painting over it and I wasn’t able to get French tips

I went to US Nails because they were open on Sunday. I will not go back there and would not recommend them. The place was very dirty, including the tools. A good cleaning and sanitizing would go a long way. The male technician (maybe the owner but I’m not sure) nicked me 3 times and laughed. I was uncomfortable because the employees talked and laughed among themselves in their language which is the case in all Asian salons. Makes me wonder if they are talking about their customers.
