Extremely slow service at every visit. Only gave them 2 stars because technically, they get the job done. Will be going out of my way to visit another branch from now on.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank, and its particular to this branch. Night deposits are not handled efficiently-I have had to call multiple times to get them to make the deposit. Each time its the same excuse-things are just too busy and they didnt get to it. Exceedingly unprofessional.

Un professionals working at this location, they do not have the correct knowledge to do an international money wire, the lady who works there used an example IBAN number that is used on google and my money was sent to God knows where, I kept calling and they kept saying that everything looks good from their end and that I should have received the money in my oversees account, I requested for the transfer sheet from US Bank and I sent it over to my bank abroad so they can figure out what the issue is, my bank oversees explained that the US Banker used an IBAN number that belongs to the central bank of the country I am wiring money to and that I ban has nothing to do with my bank oversees or my bank account and they explained that the SWIFT and IBAN do not match and they were surprised and shocked how a professional banker would proceed with a money wire when the IBAN and SWIFT do not match, my children did not receive there Christmas money until this moment 1/11/2022 @ 11:39 AM. My boys have to go through a difficult time because of the mess up, it was suppose to take 24 hours and its been 5 weeks and im being told to wait!!!!!!!

I had terrible guest service here before, I should have closed my accounts then. I stopped early in the week to open another account for my new granddaughter. The lobby is still closed, ok I understand. They tell me to make an appointment. I make the appointment for later in the week, leave work early and lose wages to get to the appointment. I arrive, doors are locked. I call and talk to Jake, he tells me the appointment is canceled. He does say he emailed but I work retail and phones are not allowed. I left work early, lost wages and felt like I was being blamed for not checking my messages. I have multiple accounts, hopefully I will find somewhere that appreciates my business.

This would be my second review. as i said before in the other review they closed my accounts and wouldnt tell me why, of course the monoter theses reviews and someone from the customer relations got ahold of me and "tried" to fix my opinion of the bank but was still unable to get me an answer as to why my accont was being closed. well U.S Bank is the only bank in town that i ccan think of that has an atm where i can deposit cash. (yes four other banks in my area and several gas stations and walmart are only withdraw) I get to the atm while the bank is closed (drive up) i put the cash in and everything, i select no recipt. and it spits my cash back out and tells me it cant do it. again no reason why. all i needed to do was put $40 in my bank account and now i have to pay a late fee on a bill because i worked all day and couldnt get to the bank. NEVER go to U.S Bank. they are a horrible place that will screw you over every chance you get and laugh in your face when it happens. I would recommend ANY bank ever before U.S Bank. and dont even bother trying to contact me Customer relations because you're a joke too.

I've banked here for over 20 years. In that time I've had a few compromised debit cards. From a fraudulent $700 charge all the way down to a $1.50 soda machine scam. Every single time I've had an issue US Bank has had my back. Canceled fraudulent charges while pending and reimbursement for fraudulent charges completed. This company does know what they are doing. I had to do a review after seeing a few of the 1 star Yelp and Google reviews. The bad reviews don't seem relevant to a typical experience here. If you are doing anything at a bank besides a standard deposit or with draw you should plan on spending some time there. Anything else is just poor planning on your part. Also I would never expect a standard bank teller to know everything there is to know about the banking industry. Call customer service and get someone that can directly cater to your situation. That is what they are there for.

This bank provides false information when you call their customer service line. I have called numerous times to have overdraft protection removed so I did not incur unnecessary fees and was told each time that they took care of it, yet they kept allowing transactions to clear with no available funds. They charged me $36 for a $2 transaction, and another $36 for an $8 transaction. That's not helping your customer, that's hurting them!!!....since posting I have been working with a customer service rep (Alex), and he has helped slightly. He has not responded in the last few days to phone calls, but hopefully he will get in touch next week

I had opened a account while I was in a hurry right before tax return season. It took nearly a hour to open up a account, and right at the end is when I was notified of their $7.95/month charge for a "Account Maintenance Fee" unless I had $1,000 in my account 1) at the time of the monthly fee or 2) direct deposited into my account in a 30 day period before the monthly fee. I was only working part-time at the time and felt as if I was being penalized for not giving them more business. I had my account for 6-7 months and then switched over to Bullseye Credit Union- which only took 10 minutes to open a account and better yet- NO MAINTENANCE FEES!! I've never heard of any other bank charging people monthly just to have a account with them, and if I knew in advance before all the paperwork was signed I wouldn't have opened a account with them.

Built a new house using a HELOC and needed to convert that HELOC to a mortgage. Extremely slow service when it comes to mortgages. The appraisal service the contract with nit picked because of a row of bricks that I was still working on, which lead to their underwriters listing my house as "unfinished" compromising the whole situation. Seriously?! Other than a row of unfinisehd bricks at the front of my house, the house was finished and the city approved my family to move in. This mortgage process started back in June. Was finally able to close on it September 5th! Even after closing, the mortgage hasn't fully posted yet as of this writing!!! It's shown up on my account, but hasn't cleared the balance on my HELOC!
