No stars for this location.Horrible customer service.3 staffs gossipping at the back picking which customer they want to assist when there is clearly a line of customers waiting to be assisted.👎👎👎

customer service is awful. have issues at this location that i never have at any other post office. trying to make me pay extra shipping when the shipping was already paid?? i do the same routine everytime with other post offices and have never had any issues. the people there are also unhelpful and simply just say “you can’t do this” with no other solution / explanation

Estimated delivery 2/28/25 even tho it’s currently 3/3/25 and the status is still stuck at “on its way expected 2/28/25.” So now I’m just completely SOL with the tracking #

Judy is always wonderful at the desk! She is knowledgeable and friendly and kind. I have the absolute best mail carrier also. she goes above and beyond every single day.

How lazy can you be to NOT update your business hours? Or you don’t give a ——. As this is USPS I am guessing it is latter. See other reviews. Hours haven’t been updated in YEARS!

Make sure to check the Hours on their door. The hours listed on google or when you call their number have been incorrect almost every Saturday I've tried in the past few years. Says 2:00, only open until 1:00.

I have always had courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service from the Stevens Point Post Office. My local letter carrier is nothing short of terrific.

Get there and they close at 1....
I was inside before 1 and door was locked. Drove from Rapids to here.

This place needs to step up their game. It looks like they hired a new person who is completely incompetent and not even listening to customers when they ask for a certain number of stamps and then instead of helping just get an attitude instead.
This is the second time that I almost walked out of the post office because the lack of service, the lack of proper airflow and the lack of computers and printers that are working at this location.
Please install a self-service kiosk so it is easier for people instead of standing in a line for almost 30 minutes to buy three stamps
