Never had an issue before when wanting to get the oil changed. Showed up on a Tuesday morning a hour after they were supposed to be open and not a soul around except a delivery driver who had no idea how to make his delivery that day. Put a sour taste in my mouth that they were not open at 10 in the morning and no signs anywhere saying otherwise. I get it. Short on help or one person allowed to open. But I’ll be back to saving a ton of cash and doing it myself from now on.

Took way too long. They had plenty of employees working but not a lot of work getting done. The never did get the glove box put back together after changing a filter. Way too expensive too! Won’t be going back! Very disappointed. If I could have done no stars….I would have.

They were very nice and knowledge, but over torqued my oil drain plug. When I took it to get another oil change elsewhere they had to try more than once, on different tries to get it out. The drain plug had to be chiseled out.

$84 AFTER their $25 coupon is crazy! And then saying that I need to get it changed in 3 months or 3,000 miles for full synthetic oil.

I came in for an oil change and a BMW X7 and they only had three quarts of the 11 quarts needed. I suggest to call ahead or go elsewhere to have your BMW service with 5W-30 Euro oil.

Very unprofessional for Dakota to yell at the customers. Just because you're having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to have attitude towards us. I recommend going here only during the weekday unless you want to deal with this guy.

Went in for an oil change using a fleet card and Phil from St Paul, was phenomenal! Great customer service and all around kind guy. Would highly recommend going anywhere Phil is at!

I went there for the first time last week. It was 100 bucks for a three month oil. The guys that work there were great, the price was outrageous. I will not be going back.
