Well seems things have gotten a lot better. They are more organized and the wait at the window has greatly improved. Thanks everyone appreciates it.

I would give zero stars if I could....awful. I have young children, we've had our fair share of prescriptions for antibiotics. EVERY TIME you go to pick up, they claim they first can't find the prescription, then you wait, then you come back and it's not ready and you wait again. It has never been under an hour and a half wait. I will not be returning. I hope this helps others bypass the frustration and headache this pharmacy is notorious for.

This is my third time in the endless line to pick up an inhaler for a chronic cough. The first time they couldn't "find the order" from Aspirus. The second time the checkout person said they were working on it and it would be about ten minutes. I said I would wait. She said I couldn't wait in the drive-thru line. So now I'm back with about eight other cars in line. "We haven't received the prescription" yet has been a recurring theme. There's some kind of disconnect between the clinic and the pharmacy, but the lengthy waits to pick up a prescription are typical and time-wasting.

Great service. Been going there many years. You rarely have to wait for prescriptions.

This photo center and the walgreens website and the phone app (on a samsung s5 phone) are all pretty much useless when I spend Almost Two Hours for ONE PHOTO and it can't be accomplished. I'm going to Walmart.

If I could rate this pharmacy, I wouldn't give them any stars. Every time I have ever visited, there always sees to be a problem. Today I waited in town for over an hour while they were suppose to be filling my daughter's prescription. Of course when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. Frustrated I asked why it wasn't ready and they tried to tell me it was sent in even though I had physically watched my doctor electronically send it over 1 hour earlier. There is nothing more frustrating than to have a sick child. But to have a sick child with no meds because the wait is always so long is just beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy. The staff here isn't too friendly either.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They appear to not like their jobs and it makes it difficult to pick up my prescriptions. In one particular experience, the person who checked me out did not attempt any interaction with me: no hello, no smile, and just pointed to the screen when I needed to sign it. She never made eye contact nor speak one single word to me. Her body language was rude: faced away from me and literally threw my credit card across the counter back at me. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. I dread going to this pharmacy so I switched back to Walmart and request that my prescriptions be sent to the other Walgreens location in town even though it's further from my house. Being subjected to the horrible service at this location just isn't worth it. It didn't matter whether we went inside the store to pick up our meds or used the drive-through, we had the same horrible service each time. After repeatedly receiving bad and hostile service, in the last few years, we decided to finally complain to the manager. He did absolutely nothing. Just said, "I'm sorry," and that was it! This infuriated us even more. I avoid this location as much as possible. The store staff is friendly though but they should consider a new pharmacy staff. I feel I may not be the only one who has experienced poor customer service.
