I love this store. I usually find a good deal and meats and that is what I use for the week. And I love the we found this random thing you will possibly never see again. Some real winners have been found that way.

Customer service poor especially with one particular person by the name of Chad. During check out he did not say one single word to me, i even said hello. Nothing. He was too busy talking to a woman he must have known. Made no acknowledgment of the customer in front of him. Really terrible customer service, if it can be called that. Hopefully this will improve in the future.

Prices and shopping experience have generally been good, but the cashiers are really careless about where they put things in the cart when checking out. On my most recent trip, the cashier put raw chicken directly on top of my fresh fruit, so I ended up just throwing the fruit out.

Today I had a terrible experience at this Aldi’s. I already had my purchases, when I got to the car the box broke.
I’m back to store for buy paper bags.
I was count bags to buy in line ,waiting for buy and the cashier screams, being extremely rude, saying that I should pay for bags.
She need more ethics to work, since I had money on hand to pay.

I spent 300 dollars on shopping, wouldn't I pay for 7 bags of 0.12 cents?!

I shop regularly at the Aldi's in my city of residence in another state & gound the Aldi's in Stoughton, WI to be as clean, well-organized & stocked. I like that they had local New Glarus Brewery beers available. More check out lanes and carts thN my "home store." Also, the employees in Stoughton were very congenial & friendly which is a nice bonus. This location is a "thumbs up!"
