stoughton, wi at&t has great employees who are not afraid to greet and talk with customers, beyond that they conversate great with customers and provide all the correct information to fully inform customers so that they can understand and use the technnology properly, finally, the employees at stougton's store use great attitudes and always provide help with phone setup and questions we had, nice job overall, kuddos.

Sales rep sold us phones in April. Told us the phones we were buying were free as brand new customers. Signed the contract when told the cost of the phone would be credited off our account in three months. Each billing cycle we contacted ATT customer service to verify the phones would be credited, which they said they would be. After 3 months phones were still being charged to account. Sales rep never mentioned the "promotional deal" at the time required us to trade in our old phones. We were also never sent a return kit for the phones so we didn't know we had to return them. They also don't have proof they sent the kits to incorrect addresses nor do they have proof the kits were ever sent. Nor were we notified to via email to sign up for a kit to be sent to us. Contract also doesn't mention this. Tried calling customer service, this store and other store locations 19 times since April to resolve this. When trying to escalate to a district manager since store manager said they couldn't help (sales rep has since been fired therefore we as the customers are now responsible), the store manager said "I legally can't give out the name or work phone number of the district manager but I'll have her call you". It's been weeks with no phone call despite us trying to get a hold of them. So sales rep screws up and we as the customer now have to pay $2080 for phones we never would have bought? As a billion dollar corporation, they should be able to eat the cost of 2 phones since they screwed up badly

This store is horrible! Go anywhere else! We are currently dealing with a phone trade in nightmare that the salesman misinformed us about. Instead of getting the free phones during a promotion we are paying over $1000 for 2 phones because of misinformation the salesman provided. The store is not helping us at all and I can't get the district manager to return a call either. Customer service no help either. I gave 1 star but that is only because there is no option to give them no stars. Stay away!
