Very disappointed in the knowledge and policies that this particular AT&T store had regarding helping longtime customers with a broken phone. I went into this store back in September and while they were helpful during my visit, the explanation of charges was completely confusing and inaccurate. In so much as they told me I was "eligible" for a new phone at no cost to me, but then my bill came, low and behold, my bill was double what I was paying. When I called AT&T for an explanation, they informed me that I was eligible for a replacement or refurbished phone at no cost but to get a new phone, I will be charged $25/mo for the next three years! So angry that I was not told this in the beginning, would have made my experience much more palatable.

We had a terrible experience here. Tried to drop off a trade-in once we got our new phone in the mail and they wanted us to take the trade-in to the UPS across the street. Then when trying to activate a new line the employee said “I’m overwhelmed” and when we said we’ll just go to an actual AT&T store we were told that might be best! The only actual ATT stores are East and West Madison or Janesville. Looks like that’s where we’ll be going from now on.

Agents didn't know anything and not helpful in any way!!! Didn't seem to mind the fact that I was going to cancel service.

Sales reps aren't very knowledgeable or confident in what they are doing. Messed up my phone upgrade and adding a line so bad that I am still dealing with it 10 days later, and it's till not resolved. I have never seen the store manager there in ALL of my visits, but I have heard him walk his associates through processes, over the phone, after things got messed up. I will not be going back here again!

Great customer service with Sherman and Andrew! We ran into a few glitches and they were both very patient and kept problem solving until all of our needs were met. It could have been a frustrating experience but they actually made it fun! I highly recommend the AT&T store in Stoughton!

This is the absolute worst ATT store I’ve ever been to. I live near here. So it’s close. But almost every time I come to this location they don’t have any change for cash. Always some d*** excuse. They suggested I go to quick trip to get exact change for the second time in a row. Isn’t that they’re job. Poor employee response every time. Don’t waste you’re time. Just drive to Madison. This place isn’t worth the headache. Period

Hunter went the extra mile to add my parents to my plan. He stayed 30 minutes past store close to complete to process and make sure everything was thoroughly explained. Great service at the Stoughton ATT!

Hunter was an absolute rockstar. I will never look back at Verizon with employees like this at AT&T. He took the time to not only do what we asked but review our contract and see that everything looked right with it (it wasn’t), saving us money. He went above and beyond.

Silver helped us apply our discount code and pick out a new phone for a lien we were adding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service!We will definitely return to this location for a future AT&T mobile phone and service needs.Thanks!

I went in after having a horrible experience with the one on east wash. I called this store because I was so upset with how I was treated at the other store just to see where I could call to let them know. Silver Apologize for the way that I was treated multiple times even though it wasn’t his wrongdoing which I never got from the other store. Also asked me if the problem I had was resolved and told me if I came there he would be happy to help. All I know is based on the amazing customer experience I received there I will drive over 30 mins out of my way and go to this store every time. Thank you silver for going ABOVE and BEYOND for me.
