Honked the squeaky 5 tumes and yelled 5 times to get someone's attention. So disappointing.

Avoid this store at all costs. It's a complete mess. I bought 2 gallons of distilled water that came to $4.79. I gave her a ten dollar bill and she gave me $3.06 in change!! I said you're a little short jokingly and she couldn't open the drawer and started taking pennies out of the fundraiser thing at the register. Unbelievable. I said forget it and left.

The store is not open at times because Noone showed up. It takes forever for someone to come up. You could just walk out with your stuff and not pay that's how bad,it is they need to close it get rid of everyone even high up people and start fromm bottom and and have someone who knows what what ther doing to hire

I'm so so very upset with you all. I was there at 10:00 and you were not open. I wanted Halloween decorations, food, ect. . Walmart got my business. I'll be going to Oregon I guess.

Incompetent store manager. Bought over $25 worth of groceries and system would not take off my $5 digital coupon. Store manager tried to say it was a system problem that was happening to others also, but she refused to take the discount off manually. Left my purchase and walked out.

Always finding expired things....like wayyyyy passed thier date, everytime I go in and look at dates (lip balm, kids food, and what not) it's months even years expired. Be careful, walmart AND pick n save don't check expiration dates. I'd hate a child or adult getting sick 😫

Stopped in for a few things shortly before close. Attempted to be in and out but couldn't find everything as it was all disorganized. Get up to the checkout about 15ish minutes later (8:06pm so about 6 minutes after they closed) and the two gals, who were talking with a woman and her grandchild, yell out that they're closed. Thought they were joking as the one who said it likes to talk and joke around but she was not. They had already closed out both registers without checking if anyone was still in there walking around. Because my husband and I are respectful, we put everything back where we got it and left, but it should be standard in customer service that you double check the aisles and maybe lock the doors if you're closed. Not very professional at all. Very disappointed.

For the past week I visited this location in Stoughton and I think there is a new employee her name is Lexi and she’s just so up to beat and so relatable to every customer and just so happy and it really brings joy to me to finally, see that at this location. Great job Lexi.

I know DG is known for not having a lot of staff on at a time, but this place has plenty! They all hate being there and narrate their every move so that you know that they hate it. Every time I go in, it's a different cashier, and it's ALWAYS something. They are super rude, complain about having to come in so early (at 11), etc. This instance, I purchased a few mugs for gifts and she tossed them into a plastic bag like they were made out of cardboard. I asked her for paper to wrap them in to help them from clinking together and breaking. She angrily started grabbing their ads from the display counter, ever so slowly. As much as I complain about their attitudes, shame On DG for allowing them to get away with acting this way. They could scold them, or even train them properly, but I doubt that's high on their list of priorities.

I live in Evansville and find it very handy to shop at the Dollar General. It has products I need and is closer to my home than driving to the local grocery store or out of town. I have always received good service.

Aisles are packed full of items to be shelved, can't ever find anyone to check me out and when I can, it is often a woman who won't usually greet you or tell you thanks---has an attitude I don't care for. Long lines and only one checker and frustrating when you only have a couple of items. Does the corporate office know what's going on here? The young man there, however, seems to be the only one who knows what's going on and he has been there for some time.

the store is a health department death trap waiting to happen. unpacked and messed up merchandise makes safety an issue while trying to navigate the aisles. over half the aisles are so full of stuff you can't get through with a shopping cart. this place is a negligent accident law suit in the making.
