They called us on a Thursday and said the vehicle might be finished on Friday or the following Monday. 3 weeks later it was finally finished and available. During a phone call 2 ½ weeks after it was originally predicted to be finished the person that answered had a really bad attitude toward us as if we were the ones being unreasonable about why the vehicle wasn't ready yet. Also found a piece of plastic on the floor that I had to reset into its proper place behind the inside door handle.

They contacted me each Tuesday and Wednesday to keep me updated on car repair status. They work closely with my insurance (USAA) and I will never be charged more than my deductible and what my insurance allows. Also, they did great work, which is guaranteed.

My wife had a scratch an bump accident during the last snowstorm. Went to go get an estimate (American Family Approved Site BTW). Gave her an appointment for an estimate 6 F ---king weeks out at the end of February. Wife said bunch of guys sitting behind the desk doing nothing. Try to keep my dollars in town. American Family will hear about this BS. ( Dad worked there 30?years).
