My husband and my toddler had 2 different hairstylists at this place, and they both got horrible haircuts. Both of them have terribly uneven cuts with multiple missed spots. We will never be coming back

The young lady that cut my daughters hair butchered her hair! And was very unfriendly. Never going there again.

We checked in online with my 3 boys. They cut 2, and just happened to push my son with Down Syndrome behind everyone else who came later. It seemed that the staff were intentionally avoiding cutting his hair. They said they couldn't guarantee that everyone got cut in succession, however a family of 4 came in after us and all got cut at the same time. They pushed him so far down the line that people who weren't even in the shop were in front of him. They brought me an invoice for 2 kids, and I pointed to my son with Down Syndrome and said he hadn't been cut yet. They said they knew. After watching 5 other people behind us get their hair cut, I finally said I just wanted to leave. The girl behind the counter who had been playing on her phone the entire time said she wasnt trained to check people out. So, I had to wait even longer because the person at the register wasn't trained to work it. I think that the goal was to intentionally make me wait, and they figured I would get fed up and leave. This whole situation felt like they intentionally avoided cutting the hair of my child with Down Syndrome. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This place has everything you need in a barbershop. Same day scheduling, reasonable wait times, convenient and easy to find location, and barbers with a personality. Nolan does an excellent job on every visit. Hard to beat the prices.

Went in yesterday , July 30th around 6PM with my cousin. As soon as we walked in, there was only one worker. She greeted us and we waited as she finished up her client. She then tells my cousin to sit down on the seat. My cousin had a couple minor parts of her head that were a little knotted. The worker then tells her that it would be an up charge for a VERY minor couple parts of messy hair. The worker looked at me and asked me if i brushed my hair today. I said yes, but she handed me a brush and told me to brush my own hair. The brush was disgusting. Not even just this but we both asked for the same haircut and both did not get what we wanted. we showed a picture and explained what we wanted, she didn’t blend in the “layers” she gave us. My hair used to be down to my butt, we asked her to keep it long and now my hair is a bit below the shoulder. The price does say a lot about the cut, but there is an expectation that every hair salon should have. I wasn’t expecting a crazy cut but this cut was uneven, chopped, and way shorter than i asked for. If you wanna get a haircut , just go somewhere else.

Some guy here gave my son a buzzcut- like a #1 or #2 clipper shield length all over buzzcut. I could have done that at home! Worst haircut he has ever had. Thankfully his hair grows fast, but never again 🤦♀️

Well I gave this place a chance even after reading the reviews, very disappointed, my 6 year old was already nervous about getting his hair cut, and we weren't allowed to be around him while getting his hair cut like other places, we mentioned he was autistic and she seemed irritated about it. We normally let him get a Mohawk but she didn't know how to do it, so we said we'll have him get shorter on the sides and in the back and longer on top, just a normal hair cut for boys. We heard our son say "ow something bit me" and she said it was nothing but actually clipped his ear. She was very shaky, and chunks of his hair was cut out and so many patchy areas. At the end our son came out with I guess is a mohawk?? Which we didn't ask for, wasn't gentle at all. Very rude. My son hates hurting people's feelings so he said he liked it, but cried when we got home. We definitely learned a lesson today...

My Daughter went to get a haircut today. “Three inches below her shoulders she said and lots of long layers” she took her time explaining and the lady even said so to about here? And she said yes. She cut it about two and a half inches shorter than asked and said well now it’s going to be shorter. My daughter said I’d like to keep it longer like I said. The lady kept going shorter. She gets done and has uneven layers all over her head and has chunks of hair all over her back and in her hair. The lady seemed rushed and so rude. We went home brushed it out and styled to see if it was ok. The layers are horrible and like I stated way shorter than asked. So we called and ended up getting hung up on told there is nothing they can do. Whole situation is just sad. I feel for my daughter being her age and spending so much time growing your hair out for someone to not only mess it up but then treat you horrible too

Although the wait was longer than stated, the stylists were friendly and knowledgeable and my sister was very pleased with her cut. She uses a walker, and was able to navigate through the shop well.
Requested style: Brought my sister, who wanted a change from her shoulder length hair. Opted for a pixie cut, and she was very pleased with the results. She's received many compliments on it.
