I hate to say it, but since McFarland State Bank was seized by the execrable Oregon Community Bank and rebranded as One Community Bank, it became a place to stay away from for banking services. The staff are great, but that's where the greatness ends. Since the so-called \\\"merger\\\" (which really showed how out of its depth the management of Oregon Community Bank is), former McFarland State Bank customers have been treated to: * ITM's where you can't make a deposit with your debit card. Oh, it'll let you try. But at the end of the process, it will spit your deposit back out at you and decline the transaction. Their tellers say that it hasn't worked since OCB seized McFarland State Bank, and they have no idea if or when it will ever work. * Online banking (both via web browser and via mobile app) that is offline as often as it is online. * Bizarre mixed branding. Some of their communications come from One Community Bank. Some come from Oregon Community Bank. Some come from Adams Community Bank, or Waunakee Community Bank. You'd think they would just pick one. * A complete reset of all online logins. All customers were forced to re-enroll as if they were new customers. * The worst online bill-pay in the world. \\\"Payments\\\" that show in online bill pay as \\\"completed\\\" electronically on Friday don't show up at the payee until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. It seems pretty clear that the management at Oregon Community Bank was not up to the challenge of on-boarding the once-great McFarland State Bank. Maybe Oregon Community always sucked, and they just brought the suckage to McFarland State. Or maybe they just bit off more than they could chew with the \\\"merger,\\\" and wrecked both banks in the process. But it has been a disaster for former McFarland clients, and probably for Oregon Community clients as well. Until they get their stuff together, you'll really want to choose a different institution.

This bank seem to have very out dated processing and takes 3 to 4 days to get payment made from your checking account. If you deposit checks and even cash on Saturday transaction does not even show up!!!
