Please train your staff in customer service to route customers inquiring about “western union” etc in the right direction. Management, please turn off notice on the directory online stating that this location Does NOT offer the service. I had to walk into the store with my walker just to be turned around and told my your staff that “she” has no idea who offers this service but they don’t…. Great customer service!

It's certainly not my favorite Pick'n Save since it's a smaller store, and the selections aren't as wide. But every once in awhile, I get a coupon and will come in and check it out. The one thing they do have is a selection of fresh fudge. Try not to eat it all in one sitting, it's tough!

Great small grocery store within a few miles of my house. Great selection, friendly staff, and good location. Meets 99% of our needs on a normal basis.

Stoughton is not a nice place to shop in the first place but this store has really gone down hill lately. If I wanted to deal with trash I would go to walmart... I expect better out of Pick'n save!

Generally a decent grocery store but my experience today with manager Dave was so poor, I have to share. We bought a package of Hawaiian rolls and there was large, gross chunk of mold on it after opening. I returned to the store to lodge a complaint and he never apologized and started to make excuses as to why mold might grow on bread (we get it frozen, the writing covered up the mold, etc.). I was astonished that this was his response and gave him another chance to respond. He said, "It's bread. Bread gets moldy." That response blew my mind. I said, "That is your response to my complaint as a manager of this store?'' He shrugged his shoulders, put up his hands and walked away.

They tax soda and Gatorade... I bought 2 $.99 sodas and 4for $5.00 Gatorade and was taxed $1.57.... Nowhere else I have ever shopped in the state of Wisconsin have I been taxed for soda and Gatorade...not to mention tax is $.06 on the dollar

Been store of preference for years but now I'm finding more and more goods that are past expiration date. Really poor!

I was recently there to pick up groceries for a disabled person who is at great risk during this pandemic. She had food pantry vouchers to use and I went there with her list. I mentioned that I was picking up for my disabled friend who I care for through care Wisconsin. The checker said okay and the bagger ran off to get the Manager. The manager was super abrasive, rude and demeaning about the vouchers. She said that if my friend is disabled and at risk, then she needs to order

I rated this story before it's gotten better since Kroger took over but really is not a real Kroger price wise anyway and now they charge you for to get cash back Kroger's got all that money and they're trying to beat you so if I need cash back I go to Walmart to get a free

What a great grocery store. I'm really disappointed that the local co-op has closed. But we came here and the selection is great and everyone is so nice! The people that work here are nice, the people shopping here are nice. Even on a 95 degree day!

This store is absolutely beautiful, but the customer service was the worst we have seen in a long time. We went into the liquor section and had 40 dollars worth of beer in our cart. We walked right past the clerk in the liquor store with it in our cart, continued shopping, and were told when we got to the checkout in the main grocery area that it’s a city ordinance to purchase it in the liquor section. This was the first time we purchased liquor in Stoughton, so we had no idea we had to purchase it there. It was taken back there and put on the checkout counter. When we proceeded to try to check out, we were very passive aggressively told that we were at the wrong counter and we proceeded to move it again. We understand that there is nothing that can be done about the city ordinance, but communication and minimal helpfulness would have went a long way.

Had to buy 1 qt container of heavy whipping cream. It was $7.69 at Pick N Save. Woodman's is $3.89. This is a lovely store and I refuse to give my money to Walmart, but this is why Walmart parking lot if full. These small town stores can really hit the pocketbook hard. Cheaper for me to drive to Madison Woodman's.
