I have always had a wonderful experience in your store; that is the reason I keep returning!
On Monday, June 9, I was having a very difficult time with Target (just needed two different mailing labels). I was so frustrated! Sela went out of her way to help me and to keep me as calm as possible. She was wonderful!

For the past 9 years I have owned and operated an e-commerce business in Stoughton that deals with large volumes of shipping through UPS daily, especially during the holidays. This particular store has delivered exceptional service for the duration of that time. I have seen many employees, managers and even owners come and go, and still, it has always maintained the highest level of customer service. Brittani, Emily and the rest of the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
I have always had the option of having my packages picked up from my warehouse, however, my trips to UPS and interactions with the staff have become a staple in my daily routine. Thank you for all you do, you have assisted in the growth of my company and hassle free shipping transactions. I am grateful to have had you be a critical part of my business.

The staff helped me with a bit of an unconventional request. They printed on my own blank labels that I brought in but they were happy and willing to help! They even took the time to do a test sample before printing multiple copies. And they were very tolerant of me bringing my toddler son with me to the store. I will be returning!

I had some eye damage in the last year so I was nervous about coming in today. That actually didn’t matter because your UPS team member made the process easy and efficient.

The wait time you have to wait is ridiculous. There is only one employee working up front. Watched another employee walk out from behind and then walk back. There was a line of 5 people that needed to ship packages. I waited for 15 minutes to drop off a20 pound package. Also the employee at the register didn’t acknowledge any of the customers that came in by saying “I’ll be with you shortly”. This is not the first bad experience that I have had there

Jesse and Austin went way above and beyond today by staying late so I could return an item. I was having issues with opening the barcode on the email and had to contact the company for the return. I was on the phone for 20 minutes and that was 15 minutes past closing time. I apologize to both Jesse and Austin and they reassured me it was okay.
