Hands down the worst sales experience I've ever had. Was apparently working with the manager of the store. They promised a free iPad and Apple Watch so long as we opened lines for them and paid for data. After agreeing to this, we found that we were being billed full price for the Apple Watch and 50% for the iPad, and the Watch was shipped to the wrong location. Spent 9 hours over 1 weekend trying to get things sorted out on the phone. Verizon called me Monday after all of that and informed me nothing was solved. Called back to the manager who was unable to help at all and blamed the entire issue on me.
Make sure they actually show you everything they're doing on your account. I asked for this, but was given everything verbally. I should've pushed harder. This is the craziest sales experience I've ever had.
Update: the email in the response still hasn't responded to me. Also, we had to go into the store to get our Apple Watch activated, and the manager made another mistake and we're getting charged for 2 plans for the same watch. Tried contacting Verizon support and they just disconnected the watch altogether, so now it doesn't work. We've had to take HOURS out of our day every day for almost an entire week now, and things just keep getting worse.

I went to this store because I lost my phone in a river kayaking. The guy who helped me was AWFUL! He first told me it would be 40 minutes. the guy he was helping left in 5 minutes. He said it would still be longer as he was working on his IPAD. Then after another 5 minutes he did help me. I explained I lost my phone in the river and needed a new phone. I gave him my PIN number for my Verizon Account. He should have allowed me to put it in on the Ipad. Then he went in back and got me a phone. He did not ask what phone I wanted. I now have a phone with less storage than the one I lost. I might have wanted a Pro? He never asked. I did not know my Apple ID. So he told me when I figured it out to go to a Starbucks with WIFI to set up my phone!?!? I told him I wanted to pay outright. He just ignored me and said no you just pay the tax. I needed my phone and was very upset about losing mine so I just gave in. Well, he changed my plan and I lost my free Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN. I went back to the store the next day and the guy that was there that day said that there was nothing that he could do to help me. He offered me a free cookie. Then a free plastic water bottle and a bag. I had to spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone a few days later with Verizon trying to undo the plan, but could not get it done. ALL I got was coupon codes that will pay for the Disney, Hulu, and ESPN for one year. If I had to do it over I would go without a phone for a few days. This cost me a lot of time and money. I definitely would not recommend this store. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience! ALEX was Great! He was very proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He really knew the products, took his time with us, and never pressured us. Very personable. We are definitely returning. 5 stars all day!!!

My family has been with Verizon for 20 years and the degradation of customer service is appalling. Perhaps it is just this location but the customer service representative I worked with did nothing to help me and seem to enjoy wasting that of my time and my father‘s time who he made me call on the phone Not only was the customer service agent rude in that they rolled their eyes and refused to investigate the account even when given all the authorizations; but they also lacked common knowledge stating that a US cellular phone could call 611 and receive the same service that a Verizon phone would. The store needs to be closed immediately or the staff they have running it need to be completely retrained in every way. I cannot wait to get out of this account.

Rough experience switching from providers to Verizon. Long wait time due to error in how the agent set up my account. I had to wait for them to edit the account with corporate. I was told the phone was free but they left out that I needed to trade in my old device. So I walked out with my old phone and then was charged full price for new phone when my bill came. I was also charged for device protection that I didn't ask for nor did we discuss in store. Should you do business with them ask questions to know what you're getting because they aren't forthcoming with information.

Do not go to this verozin store. I had an awful customer service experience. Tried to get a new phone, and the manager was rude, did not look up from his ipad while talking to me and was extremely condesending. I will not be returning to this store.

Enrolled phone into $19/month protection plan without asking. Also changed an additional lines plan without verifying which line they were changing and cannot be undone because I was on an old plan.
