Closed five hours early Friday evening unexpectedly. In a smaller town people depend on you and aren't able to change their script plans easily when you close suddenly. You lost five customers today from my family.

I called today as I had some prescription concerns about starting a new one and the woman pharmacist I talked to was absolutely phenomenal!! She took about 15 minutes of her time to talk to me and address my concerns along with never making me feel rushed. I feel gosh, a 1000 times better after our talk and she relieved my anxieties completely!!

Pharmacy has really gone downhill. Have driven into drive through Pharmacy several times in the past year only to find No pharmacist on duty. Thank goodness they finally made a text available when there is no one there. Drove in to pu a new prescription when they said it would be ready only to find out it was not. Really thinking about changing pharmacies!

Had the prescription for some time, didn't do anything with it until we came for it. Said it would take a few minutes. When it finally was ready much later they sent us to get in the line again. Spent over an hour there for something that should have been ready. Not the first time, hopefully the last. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Was told pu time for rx.came 2 hours after, was told still at least another half hour. Don’t tell time if you cannot do it. Drove out of way. Not? happy

Pharmacy orders are never ready in a timely manner. I have had issues everytime iv ever had to pick something up. This time my doc put in the order over 24 hours ago and it still wasn't ready.
