Worst pharmacy ive ever visited....I wish I would have got the name of the long hair male pharmacist that I talked too, he had no clue what he was talking about and spent two mins talking about something that had nothing to do with my question....I would never trust this place for my meds....Not to mention how rude he was.... Stoughton Wi walmart pharmacy gets a 0 stars if I could give it

This pharmacy is not reliable. It is not uncommon for them to take many days to get doctors authorizations. On one occasion, I had to return 3 times to get a prescription. They seem very disorganized and the level of training and knowledge is uneven. They do seem to have some less expensive options, but the service pales compared to Walgreens.

if you have not tried the pickup option I highly recommend it. I have not once been dissatisfied and the customer service has always been outstanding. Every single time when I use pick up which is weekly for the last 5 months. That says a lot.

the upper management there is HORRIBLE, the way they treat customers and associates is beyond disturbing, especially Angie Rummelhoff and Terra Hanson but I would guess their attitudes are they are the only fish in the pond so they can do whatever they want

Another location of a mediocre pharmacy chain. Go to an independant pharmacy and youll be much happier.

During the day, the customer service is great. During the late evening, it's horrible. Associates ignore you to chat with each other, and when you have the audacity to ask for help you get blown off. I'm also not grouping all of the evening workers together, as some are helpful but the majority are not. Also, I've witnessed a bakery employee talking very loudly and crudely to a group of friends. When a older female stock associate, working in the bakery, asked him to get back to work, he pretty much told her that he didn't need to in other choice words. I was shocked to see him treating her in such a manner. I have great experiences during the day/early afternoons however, the late evenings are a different story.

Ridiculous. I go there to exchange a tank and am told Lawn and garden is closed for the season, I have to go up front. We're in July, no reason lawn and garden should be closed. I go up front to the registers and am told I have to bring the tank in and take it to Customer services. I go get the tank and bring it to Customer Services and get refused help for bringing in the tank. Worst Wal-Mart customer service I've ever experienced

I love the new store and how close it is to me. I just have one complaint about the lack of care in bagging things. My bags are always over packed and heavy. Half the time the bags rip open from boxes being packed in awkwardly. I now use the self check out and I am much happier. May take longer but it's worth it to me and what I spend money on there.

I believe all the employees at this store share one half functional brain, never have I seen a store with only one register open, four employees standing around that one open register watching one actual cashier do cashier like duties as the rest of retarded employees stared blankly into space or at the closed registers that could be ran by the four employees standing around just drooling on the floor, poorly managed store, hope they hire all new crew with new store
