I needed a 5 quart jug of motorcraft for my oil change, and the shelf was empty. Donovan looked in back for one there weren't any. He then looked on his computer to check quantity and it said they had some. He didn't stop there he started looking around for them, actually found that somebody put the wrong oil in front of them. And they were way down on the bottom shelf he had to get down on his knees to find them. Really appreciated his customer service, as you don't find this kind of service much anymore. ?”

“Damon must have sensed the desperation in my voice. My friend was on the way to buy new tires and didn’t quite make it. We tried everywhere in Marshfield. A man with a good heart and a savior said he would look at what he has and called me back. He just drove to Marshfield and put the spare tire on. He is now following us to his shop. I am so grateful because my car isn’t safe to drive. I am one that will bend over backwards to help and this is exactly why. Good people still exist.”
